Mishka Henner Discusses 'Less Americains' | NYTimes Magazine

Manchester based artist Mishka Henner recently self-published “Less Américains,” a book consisting of altered photographs from Robert Frank’s iconic book “The Americans”. Henner has transformed Frank’s work by erasing parts of the original images, and he cites Rauschenberg’s infamous Erased de Kooning Drawing as an inspiration for the project. →
